Nancy Koury is the primary business executive for Bartlett P.C. Specifically, this includes financial planning; strategic planning, marketing and business development, human resources, recruiting and benefits management; systems planning including privacy compliance, as well as oversight and compliance requirements of areas such as accounting, HR, IT and operations.

Prior to launching Bartlett P.C., Nancy was the Executive Director for Bartlett Hackett Feinberg P.C., (now Hackett Feinberg P.C.) for over 16 years.

Nancy Koury is a member of the Planning Board of the City of Everett. She has served on a number of community-related committees and advisory boards such as the Municipal Harbor Planning (MHP) Advisory Board, Everett, MA, 2013; Lower Broadway Master Plan Committee, Everett, Massachusetts; 2012; and has served as President and Chairman of the Board for multiple condominium associations.
